OUR STORE POLICY
• Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed.
• We do not offer refunds. We can't refund on our techs time or re-use the products on your nails on another client. Therefore, we will gladly repair within 5 days of your service. This does not include color changes or anything extra that you didn't pay for. Repair after 5 days or for breakages, tears and corner breaks are $3 each.
• For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
• Our services do not include treating ingrown toenails, please consult a medical professional for treatment. If you ask us to remove it, then we will not be held liable if there and is not limited to pain, swelling, redness, bleeding etc that can occur at the affected nail.
• We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late. You will be able to wait for the next available nail technician.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Keep all belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• For the safety of all our customers, we require that children to sit with their parents while in the salon.
